A. General Terms and Conditions

1. The project is open to the public with no age limit.

2. Open to all Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign citizens (WNA) both living in Indonesia and outside Indonesia.

3. Open to all participants and winners of our previous events.

4. The theme of this project is AKU RINDU.

5. Paying the project contribution of:

1 Poetry = IDR 10,000

2 Poems = IDR 17,000

3 Poems = IDR 25,000

4 Poems = IDR 32,000

5 Poems = IDR 40,000

6. Contribution fee is used for ISBN, layouting and editing.

7. Confirm payment by sending proof of transfer to the Contact Person via WhatsApp by including the participant's full name.

9. Each participant may submit a maximum of 5 of his best works.  If submitting more than 1 work, the poetry files will be separated, 1 file containing 1 poetry title.  Each participant will get one E-Certificate as a contributor for one submitted poem title.  If they submit five poems, the participant will get five contributor E-Certificates.

10. By participating in this project, participants agree to the terms and conditions and applicable regulations.

11. PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE BOOK PUBLISH.

12. All participants who register their work will be published.

13. The number of books published will adjust the number of participants.  There could be 2, 3 or even more book titles that will be published and each has an ISBN.

B. Special Terms and Conditions

1. Manuscripts are original and their own work.

2. The manuscript has never been submitted to any event and has never been published in any media.

3. The manuscript does not contain elements of SARA, pornography or plagiarism.

4. The poem is in Indonesian or English (Please select one).

5. A maximum of 20 lines of A4 paper with the font type Times New Roman, size 12, normal margins, 1.5 spacing and saved in a .doc or .docx file.

6. The order of the manuscript is in the form of the title of the poem, the name of the author, the content of the poem, the timeline, and the author's biodata.

7. Author's bio in the form of a narrative with a maximum of 50 words at the end of the manuscript (may be on a separate page).

8. Type in the Microsoft Word application or other application with the format .doc or .docx then name the file with: Author Name_Poetry Title.

The book is published with ISBN and it is NOT MANDATORY TO BUY THE BOOK FOR ANYONE.  But if you want to appreciate his work and read poetry from writers from all over Indonesia, it is advisable to buy a book.  There will be a special discount.
