A. General Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open to the public with no age limit.
2. It is also open to Indonesian citizens (WNI) both living in Indonesia and abroad or foreign nationals (WNA).
3. The theme of this competition is "FREE". This means that participants are given the freedom to write on any theme, any genre.
B. How to Register
1. Pay the competition contribution in the amount of:
POETRY:
1 Poetry = IDR 10,000
2 Poems = IDR 17,000
3 Poems = IDR 25,000
4 Poems = IDR 32,000
5 Poems = IDR 40,000
SHORT STORY:
1 Short story = IDR 15,000
2 Short Stories = IDR 25,000
3 Short Stories = IDR 35,000
4 Short Stories = IDR 45,000
5 Short Stories = IDR 55,000

2. Contribution fees are used for the management of e-certificates, e-books, layouting and editing.
3. Confirm payment by sending proof of transfer to the Contact Person via WhatsApp with the format:

4. The link to submit the manuscript will be notified after confirming the payment. Participants can also register first and then send the manuscript at a later date as long as it doesn't pass the deadline.
C. Special Terms and Conditions
1. Manuscripts are original and their own work.
2. The manuscript has never been submitted to any event and has never been published in any media.
3. The manuscript does not contain elements of SARA, pornography or plagiarism.
4. Use Indonesian or English (Please select one)
5. Each participant may submit a maximum of 5 of his best works in each branch of the competition. If submitting more than 1 work, then the file is split, 1 file contains 1 work title.
D. Manuscript Format
POETRY:
Contents of Poetry from title to titimangsa maximum 1 page
A4 paper
Times New Roman font size 12
Normal margin
1.5 . spacing
Include the author's name under the title of the poem
The order of the script is in the form of the title of the poem, the author's name, the content of the poem, the timing, and the author's biodata.
Saved in a .doc or .docx file with the file name:
Puisi-Author Name-Poem Title.
SHORT STORY:
The contents of the short story from the title to the last word a maximum of 3 pages
A4 paper

Cerpen-Author's Name-Short Title
1. Author's bio in narrative form (not like ID card) with a maximum of 50 words at the end of the manuscript (may be on a separate page).
2. Typed in Microsoft Word application or other application with .doc or .docx format (Not PDF)
E. How to Submit Manuscripts
After confirming the payment to the Contact Person via WhatsApp, the participant will be given a link to send the manuscript. The link can only be filled out once, so make sure there are no errors for not accepting revisions for any reason.
F. Rating System
1. Administration Selection
This selection includes the selection of the completeness of the file and the format of the manuscript. If the manuscript does not match, then it is not entitled to proceed to the next selection, namely the assessment selection.
2. Work Appraisal
This selection includes an assessment based on the criteria we have set.

2. By participating in this competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions as well as the applicable rules.
*Moreover, the target of 1000 poetry participants and 750 short story participants has been met. The number of participants can be seen from the code which represents the order in which to register for this competition.
Q&A
Q: How much total E-Certificate do I get?
A: If you participate in 5 poems and 5 short stories and then all of your manuscripts enter the top 10, then you will get 30 E-Certificates with details: 5 E-Certificates for poetry participants, 5 E-Certificates for short stories participants, 5 E-Certificates for poetry contributors, 5 E-Certificates for short story contributors, 5 E-Certificates for the top 10 poems and 5 E-Certificates for the top 10 short stories. That's a lot.
Q: Will works with a certain theme be featured?
A: No. We free the participants to create works, be it poetry or short stories. The selected theme or genre will not add value to the assessment. Because we judge from the aspect of his work.
